Not Valid when shipping to: Alaska or Hawaii, or out side the continental US

Not Valid to a PO Box: Free Shipping can only be to a "physical address"

Not Valid to APO/FPO shipments.

Not Valid when ordering "hemmed to order" pants. Due to timing and quality control, orders w/ hem to order pants cannot be process for free shipping.
